The comparison between calculated values and monitoring values is an important indicator for measuring the accuracy of the reconstructed stress field. This dataset is a process line comparison between the reconstructed calculated values and the actual monitoring values of the stress in key areas of Xiaowan Arch Dam, such as the dam heel. Contains monitoring and calculation values of vertical stress.
The dataset contains an xlsx file, divided into two parts according to measurement points, 01 and 02. Taking 01 as an example, the first column is the date, the second column is the calculated value (Mpa), the second column is the monitoring value (Mpa), the third column is the offset calculated value (Mpa), and the fourth column is the error (%) between the calculated value and the monitoring value.

The reconstruction calculation values are mainly obtained through the construction of a refined finite element simulation model, accurate inversion of boundary conditions and material parameter loads, and simulation calculations. The actual monitoring values are mainly based on the monitoring values of the stress gauge, provided by Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Co., Ltd., and compared with the corresponding process lines at the same starting point and stress state on the same date.
(1) The reconstruction calculation values are mainly carried out using the finite element software SAPTIS, and the algorithm sources are the basic theory of finite element, relevant works of Academician Zhu Bofang, software manuals, etc.
(2) The actual monitoring values mainly come from the stress gauges buried at the dam heel, which can directly read the stress values.
(3) Using the normal water level node in 2017 as a reference, interpolate the obtained stress calculation values and monitoring values into a time series with the same time step.
(4) Draw a comparison process line to visually reflect the comparison of errors.
This data can provide reliable data support for accurately grasping the working behavior of Xiaowan Dam. The simulated calculation values have been verified through feedback, and the distribution pattern of stress cloud maps conforms to common sense, matches the actual measured values, and the model verification is accurate; The monitoring data obtained are all original monitoring data, which have been subjected to gross error identification and outlier removal before stress calculation; Before drawing process lines for comparison, select the same time state benchmark and use it for error comparison.
