& emsp; Carbonate deposition is the main inorganic carbon sink in lakes, which changes with climate change and dynamic changes in lakes. The study of the relationship between lake carbonate and climate will help to understand the mechanism of carbon cycle in the lake system. Juyeze is a terminal lake in a typical inland basin in China's arid region. This data measured the particle size, carbonate content and mineralogical composition of sediment samples at different locations of Juyeze.

& emsp; Experimental data.
& emsp; TOC (%) and TN (%) were determined by the Vario-III element analyzer of the Analysis and Test Center of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lanzhou University. The mineral composition of sediment was determined by X'Pert Pro MPD; The particle size of sediment was determined by Mastersizer 2000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer; Use Bartington MS2 magnetic susceptibility meter to measure the low frequency magnetic susceptibility of each sample( χ Lf) and high frequency susceptibility( χ Hf), the above experiments were completed in the key experiment of the Ministry of Environmental Education in the West of Lanzhou University.
& emsp; TOC (%) and TN (%) were determined with Vario-III element analyzer, and the analytical error was<0.1%. The maximum output power of X-ray generator of X'Pert Pro MPD diffractometer is 3kw, the maximum pipe pressure is 60KV, and the maximum pipe flow is 60mA; The radius of the goniometer is 135-320mm; The divergent slit is a fixed slit. Mastersizer 2000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer, measuring range 0.02 µ m - 2000 µ m; The optical path is an anti-Fourier transform optical system; The light source is a high stability red light main light source and a high energy solid blue light auxiliary light source; The detector is the main detector with non-uniform cross arrangement, and the detection angle is 0-135 degrees.
