In this data set, the photosynthesis process of Populus euphratica forest in the experimental area of the lower reaches of Heihe River Basin was observed by Li-6400 photosynthetic instrument. The observation site is located at Populus euphratica station and mixed forest station in Ejina Banner, the downstream core observation area. The observation date is late July 2014. This data set is the original observation data of Li-6400 of Populus euphratica during the observation period.

Li-6400 data is stored in Excel format. In order to retain the original data, the data is not deleted. During measurement, each time period data is saved as a file and named with date + type
