CRU is one of the most widely used climate data sets, produced by the National Atmospheric Science (UK) (NCAS). The data set is generated using angular distance weighting (ADW) interpolation, and is based on monthly gridded data calculated by the National Meteorological Administration and other external agents based on daily or sub-daily data. The data mainly includes the monthly precipitation and temperature data of the Qilian Mountains from 1958 to 2018. Each layer in the NC file is a month.
