This data is the ground synchronous observation test for proba Chris data carried out in a rou quadrat 2 and a rou quadrat 3 on June 23, 2008. The observation items include quadrat survey, roughness, BRDF and fish eye camera measurement Lai. This data can provide a basic ground data set for the development and verification of biophysical parameters retrieved by hyperspectral remote sensing.
1. Quadrat survey: a rou quadrat 2 and a rou quadrat 3. Data storage: Excel format table. Survey contents: GPS location, species, quantity, height, phenology, coverage and chlorophyll.
( 1) GPS point number, recorded with Garmin GPS 76.
( 2) Species were identified manually.
( 3) The quantity adopts the method of labor quantity.
( 4) The natural height shall be measured with a tape measure, with 4-5 repetitions.
( 5) Phenological sampling is estimated manually.
( 6) The coverage is 50cm × 50cm grid, the grid size is 5cm × 5cm, manual estimation method.
( 7) The chlorophyll content was measured with SPAD 502 chlorophyll meter, with multiple repetitions.
2. Roughness measurement: self made roughness board and camera. The processed data is in text format.
3. BRDF observation: ASD FieldSpec spectrometer, 350 ~ 2500 nm; Reference plate information: 20% reference plate; Beijing Normal University made a new multi angle observation frame in 2008. Storage method: the processed reflectivity and transmittance are in text format.
4. Fish eye camera measures Lai: Canon eos40d camera, Canon ef15 / 28 fish eye lens and camera support. Observation objects: Stellera chamaejasme and herbage. Shooting method: most photos are taken from top to bottom. For higher crops, they are taken from bottom to top. Under special circumstances, such as when the light is too strong, they are taken at a downward tilt of 45 degrees. See the data description document for specific shooting conditions. Storage method: the data includes the original photos taken and can_ The results after eye5.0 software processing. The original photo format is JPG, and the processing result file format is excel.
