This data uses the soil conversion function to estimate the soil hydrological parameters, including the parameters of Clapp and hornberger function and van Genuchten and Mualem function, field water capacity and wilt coefficient, with the input of sand, silt, clay, organic matter and bulk density. Median and coefficient of variation (CV) provide estimates.
The data set is in grid format, with a resolution of 30 arc seconds. The vertical layer of soil is 7 layers, with a maximum thickness of 1.38M (i.e. 0 - 0.045, 0.045 - 0.091, 0.091 - 0.166, 0.166 - 0.289, 0.289 - 0.493, 0.493 - 0.829, 0.829 - 1.383m).
The data is stored in NetCDF format. The data file name and description are as follows:
