Corn in the irrigation area of the middle reaches of Heihe River was observed with licor-6400 XTR, which was located near the hiwater joint test super station. The photosynthetic parameters of maize were observed by non control experiment and control experiment (controlling carbon dioxide and light intensity) from June 22 to August 24, 2012.
