This dataset uses SRTM 30-meter resolution DEM data as the data source. It undergoes image processing such as data mosaicking and resampling. Then, it is cropped using the regional boundary of the Yellow River Basin to generate a DEM data product for the Yellow River Basin region with a spatial resolution of 30m. This data can provide basic geographic data support for scientific research in the Yellow River Basin region.

The 30m resolution DEM data of the Yellow River Basin is derived from NASA's SRTM v41 1s data, which is currently freely distributed by the USGS and can be downloaded for free from the USGS FTP site.
The Python program was used for image mosaicking and resampling. Clipping was performed according to the boundary of the Weihe River Basin as the study area to generate a 30-meter DEM data product for the Yellow River Basin.
The source data was resampled, and the data quality is good. The vertical error of the SRTM DEM data is less than 16 meters.
