This dataset was optimized through refinement, local corrections, and rectification based on domestic and international stereo imaging satellite data. By applying processing methods including gross error correction, null value filling, and removal of abnormal waterbody values, an optimized 30m resolution DEM was generated through image mosaicking, projection transformation, and cropping. The data imaging timeframe corresponds to 2019.

The original DEM data originates from both domestic and international satellite sources including ASTER, ZY, and Obit, in GeoTIFF format, with WGS84/EGM96 as the vertical datum.
The DEM tiled data was processed using ArcGIS batch processing tools for format conversion, mosaicking, and cropping to produce the 30m resolution DEM.
The dataset features a spatial resolution of 1 arc-second (~30m), with invalid pixel values set to -9999, sea level data as 0, vertical accuracy of 20m, and horizontal accuracy of 30m.
