& emsp; This dataset consists of 25 runoff fields in the Nanxiaohegou watershed in 2023, including 14 bare land slope zones with 7 measurement points, 6 forest land with 4 measurement points, 5 natural barren slope zones with 5 measurement points, and 35 runoff fields in 2020 with 14 bare land slope zones with 7 measurement points, 6 forest land with 4 measurement points, 6 natural barren slope zones with 6 measurement points, and 10 artificial grassland with 10 measurement points for soil moisture content observation. Between April and October, soil drills are used to collect samples in layers within the community protection zone on the 1st, 11th, and 21st of each month. Samples are taken from each layer at depths of 0-10cm, 10-20cm, 20-40cm, 40-60cm, 60-80cm, and 80-100cm. The soil moisture content is measured using the TDR method, which represents the soil moisture content of the soil layer. After rainfall and runoff, soil moisture is also measured after rainfall
