In this paper, phase coded directional segmented multiple excitation EPI sequence and muse based non navigation pulse reconstruction algorithm are used to optimize the image processing, reduce the geometric distortion of diffusion weighted image, improve the image quality and geometric accuracy of diffusion functional imaging, and help to improve the treatment effect and accuracy.

Single shot echo planar imaging (EPI) is a commonly used diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) method in clinic. Geometric distortion of the limit of single shot diffusion weighted EPI (ss-dwepi)
Objective: To explore the application of X-ray in precision radiotherapy. Our aim is to investigate the use of multiplex sensitive coding dwepi Muse-dwepi can be used in brain radiotherapy to reduce geometric distortion. In the phantom study, the phantom diameter meters measured by muse-dwepi and ss-dwepi were compared to calculate the geometric distortion rate (GD). The displacement vector of control point is analyzed, and the displacement vector is drawn and calculated. In a patient study, 10 patients (6 patients with postoperative gliomas and 4 patients with brain tumors) required MRI examination, and the image distortion levels in ss-dwepi and muse-dwepi were evaluated, using t2-prop Eller) images were compared. Based on t2pro Peller, ss-dwepi and muse-dwepi were used to depict the tumor target area and four brain regions (hd) by using dice similarity coefficient (DSC) and Hausdorff distance.
In phantom study, the phantom diameters measured by muse-dwepi and ss-dwepi were compared, and the geometric distortion rate (GD) was calculated.
