This data is the basic soil water characteristics data set of two major cryosphere watersheds (0cm, 10cm, 20cm, 30cm, 50cm, 80cm) obtained from the soil hydraulic parameters experiment in Shule River Basin from 2014 to 2016. The data include soil thickness (CM), weight water content (%), saturated water content (%), field holding capacity Water content (%), dry density (g / cm3), porosity (%), volumetric water content (%), longitude and latitude, latitude, altitude and number.
Soil profiles were excavated in the field, and soil samples were taken along different profiles using ring cutters and small aluminum boxes.
The data sheet is manually entered by a special person according to the experimental results.
Field sampling and indoor experiment were carried out according to the operation specification of "hydrological field test and method in cold region".
