<p>This data set is the precipitation observation data of six rainfall stations in luligou basin from 1964 to 1981, including shijiapu, hujiapu, Maojiazhuang, chaijiashan, banpozhai and lvergoukou. The SM1 rain gauge and dsj-2 siphon rain gauge are used for parallel observation. The data include daily precipitation observation data, precipitation extract data, maximum precipitation data in each period (extract by minute and hour). </p>

<p>Instrument continuous observation,
<p>Precipitation observation instruments include ordinary rain gauge and self recording rain gauge. SM1 rain gauge is adopted; dsj2 siphon rain gauge and SL1 telemetry rain gauge are adopted for self recording rain gauge. The SM1 type ordinary rain gauge is used for annual precipitation observation. In non flood season (November to December and January to April), it is used for two-stage observation. In flood season (May to October), it is used for four-stage observation. The self recording rain gauge is used for precipitation observation in flood season. For precipitation observation by ordinary rain gauge, 4-segment excerpt is adopted; for precipitation observation by self recording rain gauge, 24 segment excerpt is adopted (for precipitation observation by ordinary rain gauge and self recording rain gauge, only the precipitation observed by self recording rain gauge is excerpted). </p>
<p>The self recording rain gauge is calibrated before the beginning of flood season every year. In the process of observation, when the abnormal value of the self recording rain gauge occurs, the observed value of the ordinary rain gauge is used for interpolation. In the process of integration and input of observation data, four levels of manual verification are carried out, including tabulation, primary calibration, re calibration and audit, so as to ensure the data quality. </p>
