The data include soil moisture and temperature data of Wetland along Heihe River and poplar forest in transition zone of Zhangye oasis. The data collection time is from 2018 to 2019, the collection location is Zhangye oasis, and the data is daily data. The data set is observed and collected according to the experimental scheme formulated by the subject and the specifications for water, soil and gas generation observation of terrestrial ecosystem compiled by China ecosystem research network. Processing and production process: 5tm automatic monitoring and data correction through Excel.
