The data include soil moisture and temperature data of Wetland along Heihe River and poplar forest in transition zone of Zhangye oasis. The data collection time is from 2018 to 2019, the data is daily data, and the collection location is Zhangye, Gansu Province. The data is obtained by relevant tests, observations and data collection according to the unified test scheme formulated by the subject, and data input, processing and calculation are carried out by Excel and SPSS.
