The data is the surface deformation rate data of Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province from January 2019 to June 2020 obtained by the research team based on sentinel-1a image and sbas-insar technology. The main fields include annual deformation rate, coherence, vertical accuracy, horizontal accuracy, cumulative displacement, potential landslide surface data and longitude and latitude coordinates. The monitoring accuracy is mm.

Data from ESA https://search.asf.alaska.edu/ Sentinel-1 image data.
Based on envi sarscape, through image clipping, registration, interference processing and geocoding, the surface deformation data in SAR coordinate system is finally converted into geographic coordinate system and stored in ShapeFile format.
