Datasets description

 <p>This data set is the runoff field data of different measures in xindiangou watershed of the first sub region of Loess Hilly and gully region from 2011 to 2018. The secondary precipitation, runoff and sediment yield of runoff generated by different measures of runoff field in Yulin gully were observed, and the benefits of water and sediment reduction by different measures were compared. For the basic situation of runoff field, please refer to the description of runoff field of different measures in Yulin ditch from 2011 to 2020. </p>

Data processing method

                                              <p>Rainfall observation: 1. There are SM1 ordinary rain gauge with diameter of 20cm and dsj2 siphon self recording rain gauge.

Sediment sampling and treatment: different observation facilities are adopted for runoff and sediment, including triangular weir, triangular groove, water distribution tank and runoff pool. Sand ocean is collected by triangular weir and triangular groove in the process of runoff generation; the water level of runoff pool is read immediately after precipitation and runoff is terminated, and runoff is calculated according to the area and water level of water distribution tank and runoff pool The sediment sample (500cm3) was taken by mixing water evenly, and the replacement method was used for sample disposal.
Soil moisture content: in a representative fixed site, after removing the surface weeds, samples were taken at a depth of 30 cm and determined by drying (weighing) method.

Data quality description

                                                      <p>In the process of compilation and input of observation data, there are four levels of manual verification, including tabulation, primary calibration, recheck and audit, so as to ensure the data quality. </p>
