Unsoda v2.0 is a database of unsaturated soil hydraulic properties completed by the U.S. geotechnical office in 1999. It collects the data of soil physical properties such as water characteristic curve, hydraulic conductivity and soil water dispersion, particle size distribution, bulk density and organic matter content of 11 different texture soils from sandy soil to clay.

Biome BGC model is a calculation program for assessing the energy, water, carbon and nitrogen flux and storage of vegetation and soil components of terrestrial ecosystems. The main purpose of this study is to study the interaction among global climate, disturbance and biogeochemical cycle. It represents the flux of energy and mass controlled by physical and biological processes.

Pamolare II is a SDM model centered on phreatic lake, which is used for lake eutrophication management. It can adapt to wetland conditions. Pamolare II also considers species competition (hydrophytes and phytoplankton) and interactions between macrophytes and macrophytes.

3dade is a FORTRAN computer program, which is used to evaluate a series of analytical solutions of the three-dimensional convection dispersion equation. The analytical solution has stable unidirectional flow in porous media with uniform flow and transport characteristics. The transport equation includes the transport of solute by convection and dispersion, as well as solute delay, first-order decay and zero order production. The 3dade code can be used to directly solve some problems, that is, centralized calculation of time and space functions as specified model parameters, and indirect (inverse) problems, in which the program estimates the selected parameters by fitting one of the specified analytical solutions.

Geosfm hydrological model is studied by the center for earth resources observation and Science (EROS) of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Its biggest feature is that the satellite remote sensing precipitation products can be directly used as the driving parameters of the model. The geosfm hydrological model has been applied to the Nile River Basin in Africa, Mekong River in Asia and bagmati River Basin in Nepal. Geosfm can create a common visual environment to monitor hydrogeological conditions in a wide range of areas, including topographic analysis, data assimilation and time series processing, and display the monitoring results.

Soil vegetation atmosphere transport (SVAT) model plays an important role in studying the interaction and relationship between atmospheric water, plant water, surface water, soil water and groundwater, plant water consumption process and ecological water demand, feedback mechanism between ecosystem and local climate, interaction mechanism between soil moisture and vegetation, and restoration and reconstruction of ecological environment. SVAT model has developed from single layer model to double layer model and multi-layer model after about half a century development of "bucket" model, biophysical model and biochemical model.
