Independently generated.
Ground penetrating radar observation: Around the glacier material balance observation array network, PulseEKKO PRO type ground penetrating radar is used to set up horizontal and vertical profiles around the flower pole point for observation. The profile method is used to detect the thickness of the glacier by synchronously moving the transmitting antenna and receiving antenna of the ground penetrating radar along the measurement line with a fixed spacing (antenna distance).
Strictly follow the World Glacier Monitoring Center (WGMS) and relevant domestic glacier observation and survey methods and standards.
